What model does Erase Cat use, and how good is it?
Erasing is powered by MI-GAN and cutout by MODNet, both running locally in your browser (WebGPU when available, CPU fallback otherwise). They remove objects, people, text and watermarks and rebuild the background. The closer your brush hugs the target, the cleaner the result.
How do I remove a watermark or text from a photo?
Open the AI Photo Eraser, upload your image, brush over the watermark or text, and click Erase — AI fills that area from the surrounding background. Made a mistake? Hit Undo.
